- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was directed to carol jones by quicken loans and was assigned Sarah Shrunk as my realtor, she refused to show my house to my eventual buyers because her kids had "band practice" for three days straight My 16 year old son ended up showing the house to my buyers not just once but twice!
